Cheese Making Workshop


This class is about six hours in length and will introduce you to the art of making cheese at home. We will make several fresh cheeses that we will incorporate into different courses to be enjoyed throughout the day as well as some cheeses that will need to be aged. In order for you to taste the aged cheeses at their proper ripeness we will make them prior to your arrival for tasting purposes and then make them in class to teach the technique. You will savor dishes to comprise a multi course meal, each paired with wine. In addition to your personalized recipe and technique book you will take home a cheese making kit with everything necessary to begin making your own cheeses, except the cow or goat.

$1,500 for up to four (Additional $250 per person over four)
