Salami and Sausage Making Workshop Reservation


$1,500 for up to four (Additional $250 per person over four)

To make a reservation please give us a call to check availability of the date. We begin this class at 10:00 AM and it will last for about 6 hours. The types of sausages and salami we will make will depend on individual input from you. We will make recipes utilizing each to taste all of your creations at the end of the class.

Terms and Conditions
When you book a date for your class we will take a Visa, MasterCard or American Express number to guarantee your reservation and create your course booklet.Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to the date of your class. If you cancel after that time your credit card will be charged 50% of the class amount. If you cancel 7 days before your class your credit card will be charged the full amount of your class.

Dietary restrictions and food allergy information as well as the final number in your group is required 7 days prior to your class date. If your group number decreases after that time you will be charged for the number of attendees originally booked.
